Day Two
On the second day of the clinic, Phil worked with participants to trim their own horses and some of the rescue's horses. He started by looking at how each horse moved, examining the feet and explaining the issues that he saw on each horse. He then trimmed one foot, while explaining his techniques, as the participants watched and asked questions. For the next two feet, Phil trimmed half the foot then handed the job over to the participant. The participants trimmed the last foot while Phil guided them.
